Clean cuttlefish removing skin and all dirt. Cut the legs to clean underneath as well. Once clean, dry the cuttlefish and cut it into pieces. This step in some fishmongers can do it for you.
Wash and chop the green pepper into very small pieces. Do the same with the garlic.
Add a good jet of oil in the casserole that you will use to cook the black rice with cuttlefish and heat it over high heat. Add the cuttlefish and sauté it a few minutes. Lower the heat to medium, put the cuttlefish aside and add the green pepper.
When you see that the pepper is cooked, add the minced garlic and mix all the ingredients that you have in the casserole.
Add the fried tomato and ink, stir and mix well. If you need to add a couple of tablespoons of water to make it mix better, add them.
