Add the lentils to a pot of boiling water and cook them with a pinch of salt for about 20 minutes until the grain is al dente.

Bring water to a boil in another pot and add the previously macerated garlic. Add the quinoa and let it cook for 15 minutes until it opens.

In the same bowl, add the lentils and quinoa already cooked. Mix and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and cut the tomato into small cubes without seeds, do the same with the avocado. Add the ingredients to the quinoa and lentil salad, mix.
