We clean the prawns cutting a little the hairs and some legs. We salt the prawns. If they are frozen we will let them thaw, we dry them well.
We put a frying pan on the fire, add a little oil, when it is hot, add the prawns and brown them a couple of minutes on each side, we take them out and reserve.
Peel and chop the garlic. In the same pan where we have browned the prawns, we add a little more oil, we will put the heat lower, we add the minced garlic, stir and we will be careful that the garlic does not burn and that the oil takes on flavor.
We add the whiskey, we let a few minutes reduce. If you like it, you can flambé the whiskey. Squeeze the lemon and add it.
We incorporate the butter into pieces, we will be moving the pan so that all the sauce is mixed.
We add the prawns to the pan, we will move the pan with back and forth movements so that they release all the flavor in the room and bind well.
