Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 frankfurters
  • 6 pickles in vinegar
  • ½ chives
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 handful of parsley

Preparation

  1. Cut the sausages into slices and cook them.
  2. Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and cook them also in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain them, add a little salt and put them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190ºC.
  4. Cut the chives into small pieces and place them in a bowl, do the same with the pickles.
  5. Add the mustard and mayonnaise to the bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  6. Take the stuffing out of the potatoes once they are cooked and add it to the bowl as well.
  7. Mix very well and place the filling on each of the potatoes, that’s it!

  • 250 grams of vegetables such as: potatoes, carrots, beans and peas
  • 100 grams of frozen prawns
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Cook the vegetables in boiling water or steam with a little salt. You can also use frozen vegetables if you want to make the salad faster. Drain and reserve to cool.
  2. Cook the prawns in a hot skillet without oil. You can use frozen or fresh shrimp. When they are golden, set aside and reserve.
  3. Cook the egg for 12 minutes to make sure it is cooked through. Remove the shell and chop the egg into small pieces.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the mayonnaise and mustard. Also add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and it’s done.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of chicken wings
  • 4 Princess Amandine potatoes
  • 1 sprig of thyme or rosemary
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 200 milliliters of white wine
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 180 ºC and, in the meantime, clean the fur and feather wings.
  2. Put the wings on a tray and peel the potatoes. Cut them into four pieces and season with salt, pepper, rosemary and / or thyme, also add them to the tray.
  3. Pour a splash of olive oil on the tray and cook the wings for 25 minutes.
  4. Crush the garlic with a little parsley and salt. Add the wine.
  5. After the first 25 minutes, open the oven, sprinkle the potatoes and chicken with the dressing, and return to the oven until the wings are completely browned.
  6. Take out and serve immediately.

  • 1 tomato

  • Mayonnaise to taste

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, cook them in boiling water until they soften.
  • Cook the eggs for 12 minutes, remove the shell when cool and cut into small pieces. Reservation.
  • Cook the vegetables with a pinch of salt for about 6 minutes.
  • Once you have all the ingredients ready, mix them in a bowl and add the diced ham.
